I’m happy to report that this AC company has some of the nicest technicians, and customer service professionals in their industry. They care about their customers and will ALWAYS pick up the phone or call you back within 20 minutes. Prices are very reasonable and the service is great. I will continue using them for my home!

We had a weird AC problem & the technician was called out twice. Both times he took a substantial amount of time (over an hour) testing and investigating to get to the source of the problem. When we finally figured out what was going on, he walked me through a very thorough explanation of the issue, what he's done about it today, what could happen in the future, and things I might consider doing to maximize the efficiency of my system. We've had this same technician a few times in a row - and that seems to help because he knows the history of our equipment, etc. We also know him and are more comfortable asking questions, etc. Overall, Kelly Air is doing a terrific job of taking care of us!

Michael and Brandon gave excellent services today to our system. They had two hours of work to do and did it above and beyond our expectations. Michael gave suggested work to be done 6 months ago. With the before and after pictured today he was very accurate in what needed to be done to ensure the longevity of our HVAC system.  Very trustworthy, kind, and complete in the work they accomplished. Would recommend them and to follow through with their recommendations.

Michael and Brandon came today to perform my semiannual service. I like the fact that I pay for the year in advance so I don't have to worry about it - they call to remind me to schedule and it's all worryfree. Michael has been my technician for some time now and he's thorough, great attention to detail,  and thoroughness to my AC and lets me know proactively if anything needs to be done in terms of maintenance. We can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. We’ve been using them for annual maintenance since 2015 when they installed our HVAC in our new home. After IAN beat up our system they were quick to respond the very next day after the Pine Island bridge was repaired. Responsive, professional and friendly. AC stopped working after power came on a few days after Hurrina Ian. They returned my call immediately. In addition rather than coming over and charging me $250 to fix the issue which I would have gladly paid, they explained to me on the phone how to resolve the issue by reprogramming the thermostat. It worked perfectly. God bless them.
