After contact through the website, I got a call from Zach within a few minutes. Over the phone, Zach was very easy to speak to about my AC issues and setting up an appointment time.
Once Zach showed up for the appointment (a few minutes before the scheduled time - which deserves its own kudos), he was enthusiastic about walking me through my options and giving me valuable explanations and insights to help me make a better and more informed decision.
Zach paid special attention to my concerns and he was very thorough with his explanations, which made me feel at ease and more comfortable with this multiple-thousand-dollar decision. He paid attention to all the details - from measurements, dimensions to my and my fiancé’s use of the AC.
